Membership Sales / Front Desk
Our Front Desk people are the first person a member or new customer sees when they enter the club. They are the heartbeat of the club and handle many different functions daily.
Responsibilities
- Greet all members & guests.
- Tour prospective members.
- Present membership pricing to prospective members.
- Complete all tasks associated with signing up members.
- Update payment information on accounts and take payments.
- Use a point of sale system and cash drawer.
- Call potential & current members for various reasons such as promotions, account issues, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Sell products, and supplements.
- Provide protein shakes for members.
Requirements:
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality is a must!
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to think & act quickly to different situations.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude in any situation.
- Knowledge of the FItness industry, supplements, and someone that has a passion for fitness is a big plus!
