My name is Katlyn Smitkowski and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the World Instructor Training School (WITS). My primary focus is interval training which incorporates body weight and free-weights in many different ways to make the workouts fun and enjoyable. I believe this is the most beneficial way for my clients to achieve their goals!

Since I was young I've always have had a passion for fitness; being a part of many sports teams and clubs throughout my life. I am very passionate in helping people reach their goals and start a healthier lifestyle. I believe you can do anything you put your mind to!

My area of training focuses on all around body strength and endurance using individualized weight training programs and calisthenics. I am determined to get my clients to their goals through knowledge and hard work, with a bit of fun along the way!

My name is Rachel O'Brien. I am a certified personal trainer through the NASM program. I primarily like to train interval style incorporating body weight,hand weight, and cardio movements. I've trained for several obstacle course races as well as a fitness competition last year.

I believe nutrition is just as important as training to make changes in the body. I will put my clients health and fitness goals in line with my own.
